TN: Dark, nearly opaque ruby-red. nose: bittersweet chocolate, plums, black cherries, spices, some toasty notes. Flavors of blueberries and blackberries, spice and some pepper. Med. to full bodied. Did not disappoint. You know this wine. A work horse pinot. Juicy finish with a heap of bitter sweet and currants. A great treat after a bad market day. Paired with roasted chicken. Pair this w/ chicken Mcnuggets and I'm equally as happy. Good as usual.
